Terms of Service
kopicam is a camera app published by Mirical LLC. Using it means accepting these terms.
Your photographs are yours
We claim no ownership of the photographs you take or the reference photos you supply. Cameras you create stay yours, and they keep working whether or not you pay us anything.
What a camera is
A camera in kopicam is a set of colour and tone settings, a recipe. When you publish one, you are sharing those settings and the sample photographs you chose to attach, and you grant Mirical LLC permission to host and display them for that purpose. You can unpublish at any time; people who already unlocked the camera keep their copy.
Publish only what is yours to publish
- Do not publish a camera under a name that impersonates a person, brand, or product you have no rights to use. Naming is where this app can cause real harm, and it is the rule we enforce most directly: we will rename or remove an impersonating camera on complaint.
- Do not attach sample photographs you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use kopicam to build or distribute content that is illegal, or that targets a real person for harassment.
Payments
Purchases are made through Apple and are governed by Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Creating cameras uses AI processing with a real cost, so paid plans include a monthly fair-use allowance far above ordinary use; if you reach it, creation pauses until the next cycle and your existing cameras keep shooting.
Reports and repeat infringers
Anyone can report a published camera from inside the app or from its share page. We remove infringing material on valid notice, and accounts that repeatedly publish infringing material are terminated.
Copyright (DMCA)
Our designated agent for copyright notices is the Copyright Agent, Mirical LLC, reachable at andrew@mirical.co. The designation is on file with the United States Copyright Office and appears in its public Designated Agent Directory, where the full postal details are listed.
Send notices to that address, including: the work you claim was infringed, the camera's share link, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act for the owner. Counter-notices follow the same route.
The ordinary disclaimers
kopicam is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Mirical LLC's total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may change these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
